Originally from England, formerly living in New Zealand for 20 years, I now live and work in Tasmania.
An artist and a teacher, I have studied, taught, exhibited and made art work for the last 35 years.
My work is collected internationally.
My enduring passion is for dramatic colour and express this through my large paintings, in oils and watercolour.
My art is a celebration of the beauty of my surroundings, drawing on the landscapes that provide inspiration.
Currently living in the Southern Midlands of Tasmania, surrounded by historical landscapes, and dynamic colour combinations, my work "The Blind Chapel" highlights the cloudscapes in this area.
They are breathtaking, ever changing and a constant source of wonder.
